Tuesday 8 September

| 10:00 – 4:00 | Intermediate En Plein Air Watercolour Painting with Richard Bond meet at the Albatros |
| 11:00 – 5:00 | An Introduction to Oil Painting En Plein Air Workshop with Michael Richardson meet at the Albatros |
| 12:00 | Artists Arrive at the Albatros |
| 12:30 – 1:30 | Introductory Talk on the boat |
| 2:00 pm | Location scouting |
| 6:00 pm | Drinks at The Crown |
Wednesday 9 September
| 8:00 – 9:30 | Breakfast at the Albatros |
| 9:30 – 12:30 | Day 1 Morning Competition |
| 12:30 – 1:30 | Check-in/Lunch at the Albatros Wet work to be displayed on racks in a gazebo in front of the Albatros on the quay |
| 1:30 – 4:30 | Day 1 Afternoon Competition Work to be taken to The Maltings Sackroom for overnight storage |
